Àsàké Obìnrin is a portrait series exploring Nigerian identity and self-expression within the diaspora. Photographed in Woolwich, the work considers how culture and memory are carried through style, gesture and presence. The portraits are grounded in collaboration, allowing identity to be expressed rather than explained from the outside.
